During the period from 2 January 2016 to 21 May 2016, MDC Company implemented eight training programs for Atyaf Organization, focusing on developing core administrative and organizational skills for staff working in the humanitarian sector.
The programs covered project management, proposal writing, administrative organization, time management, archiving systems, as well as data management and data collection processes. They aimed to enhance institutional efficiency, improve internal procedures, and strengthen information management and decision-making.
These trainings contributed to strengthening administrative readiness and enabling staff to apply more structured and disciplined organizational practices, improving overall institutional performance.
