MDC Company implemented an integrated training package for Bariqat Amal Organization as part of its efforts to support institutional capacity building and enhance the skills of organizational staff. 

The package included a set of training modules covering administrative and organizational aspects, designed in alignment with the beneficiary’s needs, aiming to improve internal efficiency and structure operational processes. The training content focused on practical application within the work environment. 

This training package contributed to strengthening staff readiness and developing professional capabilities, supporting institutional sustainability and improving the effectiveness of program implementation within the organization.
