Implementation of Institutional Development and Administrative Seminars / MDC Company
During the period from 7 May 2018 to 5 August 2018, MDC Company implemented three integrated activities for Youth for Syria Organization, including an institutional development program providing administrative training and capacity building services, along with two administrative seminars addressing key organizational requirements.
The institutional development program focused on building administrative frameworks, organizing internal processes, and strengthening the organizational structure to support a more stable and disciplined operational model. The seminars aimed to enhance understanding of core administrative concepts and raise awareness of institutional requirements among staff.
These activities contributed to improving the organization’s administrative readiness and strengthening its ability to structure internal operations, supporting more efficient performance and sustainable institutional development.
