Projects and Achievements

MDC Company implemented two Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for both White Room staff and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), as part of its efforts to strengthen training capacities and develop qualified trainers capable of effectively transferring knowledge.

The programs focused on enhancing participants’ skills in designing and delivering training sessions, presentation techniques, and effective session management, in addition to trainee evaluation methods. They also included practical tools to improve training quality and ensure impactful learning outcomes.

These programs contributed to preparing professional trainers capable of leading and delivering training activities efficiently, supporting sustainable knowledge transfer within organizations and improving overall institutional performance.
