Projects and Achievements

MDC Company implemented a wide range of engineering studies and community development projects for government entities, NGOs, private clients, and local communities. 

The work included dozens of studies and development plans, most notably the Idlib Industrial Zone Development, Idlib 2022 Proposal, and University Roundabout Study, in addition to infrastructure development studies such as Sarmada Main Street and Idlib market areas. 

The projects also covered rehabilitation studies for public spaces and parks, including nurseries, public squares, and multiple parks across Idlib, as well as market development studies such as Gold Market, Taiwanese Market, Al-Hussein Market, and Abu Dhar Market. 

In the public service sector, the company conducted studies for streets and facilities rehabilitation, including National Hospital Street, Al-Sarmeni Street, Clock Island, and main transport hubs, along with specialized projects such as GIS-based economic studies and visual identity for public advertising boards. 

Additionally, the company delivered studies for private and commercial projects such as shopping malls, residential developments, and service facilities, as well as mosque restoration supervision and rehabilitation studies. 

These projects focused on improving urban infrastructure, supporting city planning, and delivering engineering solutions that contribute to sustainable community development.
