Implementation of Training of Trainers and Training Package Development Programs / MDC Company
MDC implemented two training programs for the Himma Initiative focusing on Training of Trainers (ToT) and the development of training packages, with the aim of strengthening the capabilities of trainers and enabling them to design and deliver structured training programs.
The programs covered key aspects of training content development, training package preparation, session design, and presentation skills, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of training activities implemented by community initiatives and organizations.
