Implementation of ASB and Administrative Systems Training Programs / MDC Company
During the period from 9 April 2019 to 1 December 2020, MDC implemented six training programs covering ASB systems and administrative frameworks, targeting staff from local organizations and companies, including Atyaf Organization, Al-Yamama Company, White Room, and specialized sessions for organization managers.
The programs focused on strengthening understanding of administrative systems, improving organizational workflows, and applying ASB systems in operational management. These trainings contributed to enhancing institutional efficiency and supporting more structured and disciplined management practices within organizations.
