Projects and Achievements

MDC Company implemented a series of specialized training programs in training package development, targeting university students, company staff, and local organizations across different locations during 2019 and 2020. 

The trainings focused on developing participants’ skills in designing and preparing professional training packages, including setting learning objectives, developing content, designing interactive activities, and creating evaluation tools. 

They also aimed to enhance participants’ ability to deliver training sessions effectively and organize content in a structured way, contributing to improved training quality and sustainable knowledge transfer.
