Implementation of Training Programs in Medical Facility Management and Supply Chain / MDC Company
During the period from 24 October 2022 to 28 July 2024, MDC Company implemented eight specialized training programs for UDER Organization, covering medical facility management, supply chain and medical inventory management, in addition to Training of Trainers (TOT) programs.
The programs focused on enhancing the capacity of healthcare staff by strengthening their understanding of medical supply systems, organizing storage and distribution processes, and improving the efficiency of healthcare facility management. They also included building internal training capacities by preparing qualified trainers to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of training outcomes within the beneficiary organization.
